To help personalise a funeral service you may choose to add a favourite piece of music to be played.

Burial

When choosing burial for your loved one, you will often be asked for the type of grave selection you require. Many options are available and may vary from cemetery to cemetery. These options vary from a single grave for one burial only, you may choose to have the grave double depth to allow for two burials in the one grave, you may also choose to have a plot reserved beside your loved one for future use.

Most new cemeteries these days are operated as a lawn cemetery. Some older cemeteries still operate as a monumental cemetery. This may also be of importance to you as to whether you prefer lawn or monumental cemeteries. Invariably cemetery fees are less expensive in country areas; however this may not always be the case.

Hours of Operation:

24 hours/day and 7 days/week

Cremation

When choosing cremation, most families will normally choose the closest crematorium available to them. Most crematoriums offer you a peaceful, tranquil setting in which to hold the funeral service. Following the cremation there are a variety of memorialisation options available for the ashes of your loved one, such as crematorium memorials, placing the ashes in a family grave, memorialisation at home in a cabinet or urn, scattering of the ashes in a favourite place. There is no right or wrong way to make a lasting memorial.
