Centennial Park Cemetery Authority is South Australia’s largest provider of cremation, burial and memorial services. Our grounds boast an award-winning chapel’s complex, a state-of-the-art crematorium and more than 50 themed gardens that reflect the ultimate in dignity and respect.
Our Park was established on 8th June 1936, with the enactment in Parliament of Part 19 of the Local Government Act. We take pride in our history and in our Park. Memorials
Memorial Garden We offer a wide range of memorial options. A family memorial such as a boulder, seat, tree or rose can provide unlimited internments. Single or double positions are available in garden beds surrounding roses or shrubs. We can help you to design a personalised plaque for a memorial.
Plaques We offer a wide range of memorial plaques which can be placed into position when purchasing a memorial. Alternatively plaques can be ordered and taken from the park. Plaque choices include bronze, granite or glass and can be personalised to include emblems, family crests, illustrations and photographs.
Contemplation Court Contemplation Court provides another reason to ask for Centennial Park when making funeral arrangements. This is a temporary memorial position provided free-of-charge where families and loved ones can visit while another and more permanent resting place is chosen. Urns At Centennial Park we offer families a wide selection of Urns to choose from with a variety of colours, styles and sizes available in metal, ceramic, stone and wood. We also have memorial candles, candle holders, photo frame urns and an attractive range of sterling silver lockets in which a small token of ashes can be placed.

Burial Centennial Park Cemetery accommodates all forms of burial such as lawn and vault burials and includes general and specific religious sections such as Anglican, Baha’i, Catholic, Druses, Jewish, Lutheran, Muslim and Orthodox. Burial licences are issued for 50 years.
