Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our standard delivery charge is $15.00

 

Ordering times: For delivery on the same day you are ordering, orders must be placed before 2.00pm Weekdays & 11.00 am Saturdays.

 

Delivery times: Weekday deliveries will be made to business addresses before 5.00pm and to residential addresses before 7.00pm.

 

Saturday deliveries will be made before 5.00pm

 

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

 

If you would like a same day delivery and it is outside standard delivery times, or need to organise a special delivery time, please call our customer service team.

 

When making a delivery we like to ensure that everything runs smoothly, it is important that the details you provide when ordering are correct, also, the more information you can provide us, the better. Make a note of any special instructions, we have provided an area in the ordering process "Special Delivery Instructions" for any extra details you may need to provide.

 

We also recommend leaving your phone number, should there be any unforeseen problems such as the recipient not being home at the time of delivery, it helps to be able to contact you for further instructions. A standard delivery charge of $15.00will be charged for the return, and our customer service team will contact you for instructions on re-delivery.

 

Privacy & Security

Flower Mart requires certain information for the purpose of providing a specific product or service. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as the full name of the customer and recipient a contact phone number for the customer or recipient, a billing address for account or online customers, a credit card number and email addresses.

 

At Flower Mart we believe our customers have the right to remain anonymous except in circumstances where personal information is required to complete a credit card or account transaction. Under no circumstances will we disclose the sender’s information to the recipient unless specifically allowed to do so by the customer.

 

Flower Mart will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information. Under no circumstances will Flower Mart receive payment or services for disclosing customers' personal information to any other company(s).

 

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We visit the market every day, and are proud of our reputation for fresh, quality flowers, gift baskets and plants. However even with the best intentions in the world sometimes flowers vase life can be shortened for reasons we are unable control.

 

There are a variety of things such as transportation issues, grower production, weather and temperatures variations, and seasonal availability and so on. This is equally true for potted plants and fresh food products. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, we will need to inspect the flowers/gifts within 48 hours to enable a proper and fair assessment.

 

All our flower care instructions must be followed.

 

All refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we must receive your request 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date. No cancellation fee will apply.

 

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 10% of the total order value.

 

Orders that are already prepared or dispatched may not be cancelled.

 

All refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.
